    Hello all o/

    I recently requested a refund on "Minecraft Java and Bedrock Edition Bundle" because I purchased it mistakenly, having already owned it. However, when the refund was approved, it appears that the copy of Minecraft Java and Bedrock edition that I already owned was also removed as I now can't access it at all.

    The reason for the double purchase was a problem with the microsoft minecraft launcher, saying that the launcher wasn't compatible with the Bedrock version of minecraft.

    As it turns out, it was because I had an alternate launcher that allowed me to keep the name of my old mojang account when playing, instead of needing to use the new microsoft one where my name had a long string of irrelevant numbers following it.

    Any ideas as to how I can get back my legitimate copy of Java and Bedrock edition without just paying for it again?

    Please, look for the purchase in your Transaction History.

    Then, copy the order number and contact Xbox Support.

    Then, follow these steps:

    Type in your query: "Agent"

    Click on Get Help.

    Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

    Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

    Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.
