Didn't received the Twitch Cape on Minecraft Bedrock

If your code was successfully redeemed and the cape has not shown up in Minecraft Bedrock Edition, I'd suggest:

• Restarting the game and your device.

• Making sure the Microsoft Account you used to redeem the code is the same one you are using to play Minecraft. The redemption of this cape should be showing on your Microsoft Account's order history at: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If that doesn't work, it would be best to contact the game's dedicated support team for further assistance.

As stated on the Minecraft website, the capes are not available for Java Edition yet.

"Both the Twitch and TikTok capes are available for Bedrock Edition now, and will be in Java Edition by July 8. "

I'm sorry to hear you're having issue with your cape. Can you please try to check if your Twitch cape is listed in your order history? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If it is listed in there, please try to open Minecraft Bedrock Edition and go to Dressing Room > Capes. After activating the cape in Bedrock try to restart your Minecraft Launcher and see if it will now show in your Java capes.

Please try to wait for a few hours after redeeming. If the cape will still not show up in both Bedrock and Java, please try to reach out to Minecraft support. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new...
