I'm not sure what you mean by "got put on someone else's xbox account not mine". When you make a Xbox account on Xbox.com or on your Xbox 360 console using a local profile (offline account) you're given a randomly generated gamertag (like the one you're currently
on).

What exactly is going on here, it would help if you can describe the issue a bit more with what you'd like done.

Ok basically i cant download it on someones xbox i cant on mine what i do is i go to log in download profile type in my adress email and then my password it downloads like 15-20% and then stops with the error message "xbox cant download profiles right now"

I'm honestly thinking about getting rid of my xbox now. idk why they sent me here if no one can help me here either. i have other methods of proving the account is mine but of course the ones xbox support wants are ones that i cannot remember. i made the
account like 4 years ago and dont remember the alot of the information i put on there. there has to be a way for them to help me. im not trying to hack someones profile, im just want the money i invested in my old gamertag back or put towards my new gamertag.

go ahead and report their accounts to Xbox and put a detail description as to why you are reporting them. It takes time for the Xbox enforcement to review the account and for a punishment to be enacted. In the meantime you can head over to their profile
and block their account.
