Account restrictions being activated without ever being set

I want to ask if there is any way to change your gamer picture without being at the age requirement, or if there is ever a future update where this is set to your account restrictions instead, when will this update come out? There's so many people out there,
with numerous posts on the forums ,asking for this to be associated with account restrictions, not age.

May i suggest trying the sign out restriction settings to stop it from being possible to play without a active profile, this is part of the family xbox settings, https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/4026901

Open the console settings, while you're signed in with your parent account.

There is a setting for "Signed out content restrictions", where you can prevent anyone from playing without being signed in, or prevent creating or downloading new accounts.

This will lock down your Xbox, so your kids "have to" use their own time restricted accounts properly.

ZERO G thanks for the suggestion but I have already troubleshooted my error code without any luck, I followed the instructions but was restricted due to not being able to access an XBL account to delete active downloads which i believe there none to be anyway

You can set content restrictions on the account being used, which will restrict the ads that can be seen to age-appropriate ones.
