I need help to get unban

Hi My name is Arianna,I been got suspended on my Xbox and I did the appeal so I can get unbanned and they keep Dieal it and it crazy how I don’t get a second chances and i don’t get unbanned until 3/29/25 tht a whole another year.I just need some help because I can’t add people on my game and I can’t play the game or stream anymore.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions.

If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

If the enforcement team denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

You'll have to submit a case review at
https://enforcement.xbox.com as the Enforcement Team does not use the forums and only an Endorsement Team member can respond to suspensions they issue.

i did, the case was ruled as "decision upheld" in about 11 hours
