suspended from xbox live, when I did nothing wrong? it says I have no activate suspensions...

If you need assistance with an active enforcement action, it may qualify for the case review process and directly handled by Xbox security team. Submitting a case review is the way to get connected with the security team.

As per description that whatever account is sign in, the error message persists. If we may ask, have you tried using different device and see if the same issue occurs? You can signing out the account and sign in back or you can try inprivate browser and log in your account.

Unfortunately that can not be answered here, you will need to go to Enforcement Home to get the answers.

You can also make an appeal on the enforcement site as well.

If the ban is only 24 hours though, then the appeal would take longer then the ban.

Phoenix is completely correct.

A point to note though, is that suspensions are only given out after investigations, which take time, so the cause may not have been the convo you mention, the infraction could have been days or even weeks before.
