    It says my email doesn't exist.


    I try to use my email to login and it just says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist." before this I did get passed that part, but had to change my password and also had to add another email to the account or something. After that I couldn't log in anymore and when I tried to click on forgot username it still gave me a code for my email and then after I gave the code it only gave the first 2 letters. Also after a break I did log in, but wrote the wrong password and got sent back to the email part and it again started saying it doesn't exist! Also the email that I added has its own microsoft account I don't really get it...

    No it says it doesn't exist but when I try signing in with a new email on my Xbox it says it exists or something.

    I had 2 Microsoft accounts now i can only login to one

    it says my account doesn't exist, i know it does because the account is on my computer but i cant do anything with it because it says it doesn't exist. i can also see under my "emails & accounts" both accounts with different emails. the one i can login to doesn't have the same email even as an alias. So needless to say sadly it didn't work. Also thanks for the reply Georges!

    My Xbox / Microsoft account got hacked (I have emails confirming changes to the account I didn't make)

    It says my account doesn't exist, as the person probably changed the Email and phone number on it.

    Yeah it's weird. I submit my email to let them know my email is linked to it but it just keeps saying that the email doesn't exist... I keep hitting walls.
