I need help unlocking my account because it hasn’t been unlocked yet

If you unlocked them right when they released, they weren't added because Xbox.com hadn't updated yet. You'll likely need to unlock them again once they've been added to the site. This happens often with DLC achievements.

my account hasn't been hacked or compromised whatever that link is, I need to have my account manually unlocked because the recovery form won't let me even though I provided more than enough information to understand its mine. I know the password to it and I just want it to be unlocked, is it really this difficult just to unlock an account because too many password attempts. if I have to provide more info to an actual HUMAN than I will but right now nothing is working and I need more support.

I've had achievements pop up months after i'd unlocked them.

Personally I think not playing your new games just because of a glitchy achievement is a bit silly but it's entirely up to you.

Maybe it's because I was gaming long before achievements were a thing.

I wouldn't worry,it will unlock eventually.You other games will be fine.

The achievements are unlocked, it’s just not showing the proper gamerscore for the unlocked achievements on much profile or the game itself. If you go to my achievement it will show Wolfenstein 2 as having 360/1000 for 19 achievements but if you scroll
through the list you’ll see I have a lot more then that unlocked. I’ve had locked achievements never pop but never gamerscore drop and never return even after unlocking achievements after 72 hours. The only reason I havent played anything is I’m trying to
see if it will fix itself but it hasn’t yet.

Same thing is happening to me and i have a feeling its been going on for weeks. I’ve been stuck on 267885 for a while now.

I’ve unlocked at least a 1000gs that hasn’t added.

Microsoft support is useless, they just blame the game dev/publisher, which is funny because some of the games are their own.

If it gets fixed i have a bad feeling all the achievements we’ve unlocked will lock and we’ll be required to earn them all again.

Every time I unlock a achievement it just says "Done, unlocking..." WTF is that supposed to mean?!?!?! It's been 4 days so far and it hasnt unlocked YET!
