Can’t see ban details

Hi, i was recently wrongfully banned and i can’t even submit an appeal. Was being threatened in game (by adults and this is a child’s game) and the persons account was reported by all of us in the game, however no action has been taken on Microsoft’s part. Unfortunately, i quoted what was said by them in game in the chat and i received the ban hammer. Kinda doesn’t make sense that microsoft support can’t assist with enforcement actions against your account. Then who is doing the banning? AI that clearly doesn’t understand what’s going on? Again, we all reported the account.

If you are having issues with submitting your appeal, you can contact Xbox Live Support for further assistance. They have more tools at their disposal that can verify the account and further investigate your concern.

Make sure to sign in to your Xbox account first. Then, click "Contact Us" and select a category.
Click Next and select View Contact Options. Select Skip.
Then, select the option "Let our virtual agent help you find a solution."
A chat pop-up will appear, and then type "Talk to Agent" in the chat window.
Select your issue and click Next. You'll then see an option to "Request a Callback" or "Chat with Live agent".

I don’t even see the option to appeal it because I can’t see why I got banned

I’ve tried going to the enforcement page but can’t sign in to see why I was banned. Also has all my money I paid for digital downloads been stolen? Because if I can’t sign in then I can’t use the content that I paid for. In my book that’s theft no matter
how you split it.
