    Why did I get suspended?


    I've had this profile picture for 3 years and without any warning I get suspended for 2 days for it. Recently I've ran into not so friendly people. They reported it and now I get in trouble, but it's okay for their gamer picture to have a lit up cartoon cigarette. It won't even let me submit an appeal and there's no way to contact enforcement team. I'm just very frustrated with Microsoft. Below was my gamer picture. If you're going to remove the picture, at least tell me why it's not okay

    It's because you were offering to pay. LFG posts are only for looking for people to play a game with. Offering to buy/sell/trade anything in them is not permitted.

    Also the suspension applies when you sign back in to Xbox Live. You can appeal the suspension if it's longer than 24 hours through the website as well.
