I resolved the situation.

You need to unlink xbox account from activision.

1 - Go to https://s.activision.com/activision/profile

2 - Unlink the Xbox account.

3 - Access the warzone on the console and log in with the activision account.

4 - You will be asked to perform the link.

5 - I link the two accounts.

6 - Problem solved.

I want unlink my activision account but I don't have access to my account on console can I unlink ?

Another question I talked to activision support he sayed that my progress saved on activision ID not platform if I creat new account and use Gmail of activision will my progress still save?

Hi, if you're trying to change the email address associated to the Activision account itself. Without accessing to that email first you're not going to be able to end the process

This is to avoid that someone else stole your account changing quickly the email address.

You can try reaching Activision support to see if something can be done from their side

But if not you need to keep using the Activision account with that old email

The hacker hacked my mail, but I was able to return the hacked mail, but the hacker managed to change Activision's mail to his own, and now to restore my account, I need to log in to Activision through my xbox, which is linked to the hacked Activision

I want to link my Activision account Xbox account, and it is actually already linked,, but the email is a old email that was hacked from over 10 years ago, the recovery email is some random email I never have seen before. I want to change it, I have full access to my Xbox account and the email of the Xbox account, but I don’t have the activision Email that is linked to my Xbox account, so right now it’s forever linked with no way to change, which is crazy, I have full access of my Xbox account no I can’t change it? Their has to be a way, i tried activision with support tickets and that didn’t work, and I don’t know how to ask for help on Microsoft’s end.

Only Activision would be able to help with this since the linking/unlinking process occurrs on their end so Microsoft wouldn't be able to help with this at all.
