Why do I get an error message every time I try to load up a game?

Every time I try to launch a game it give me an error message saying "CLiP license device ID does not match the device ID in the bound device license." and tells me the error code is "0x800704c7". I've already tried many things to fix it such as restarting my pc, repairing Xbox, getting updates in the Microsoft store, and getting updates for windows.

This can happen when you switch devices or change regions.

To resolve this issue, you will need to contact Xbox Support. They will be able to assist you in updating the device ID on your license so that it matches the device ID on your new device.

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Select Chat with support agent > Confirm > Start Chat.

Hello,

I actually get that message every time I try to get to the Forums and even when I change pages. It is frustrating and I have no idea why it does it. All I do is hit the refresh button and it generally comes up the first time or by the 3rd. :-O
