    It's been 7 months and I still haven't received my Cherry Blossom Cape on Java from the Mob...


    I voted in the Mob Vote and I would hear everyone receiving their capes eventually, however to no avail I have been trying for months to email Mojang to help me with this issue, but instead I get vague responses, responses that don't answer my inquiry or just no responses at all. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to having that cape on my account, since it looked really nice and would just love to have it as a collector item, if there's anyone that can help me with this please let me know because it's honestly starting to get tiring repeating myself over and over.

    (Minecraft) Why haven't I received my Vanilla Cape?

    I have the same issue. I got Java in September 2021 and Bedrock for Windows 10 in February 2022 on the same Microsoft account that I've had for years, and still haven't gotten the cape. I know it's not a problem on my end as I received the Cherry Cape for voting in the 2023 Mob Vote no issue.

    Cherry Blossom cape java edition problem

    Hi there!

    I just had the exact same problem. The Minecraft Launcher was saying that I didn't have any capes despite the fact that I very much had a cape. The way to fix this (at least on the Legacy Minecraft Launcher, meaning no support for Bedrock Edition or Legends) is to relaunch the Launcher (close it and then open it). Thanks!

    EDIT: I had a similar problem: I couldn't access the cape. If this problem happens to you too, follow the instructions above and maybe you should create a bug report for it here.
