Xbox one unable to purchase shark cards in the shop

Since you have already restarted your console to no avail, kindly try to purchase the shark cards via Xbox store online in web browser using Windows PC/laptop to see if it works.

Note: Make sure that the payment method added to your account is up to date and has sufficient funds.

Sorry, you've mentioned that you have purchased the Megalodon Shark Cash Card that is for Xbox Series X|S, but the one that is for Xbox Series X|S is "GTA Online: Megalodon Shark Cash Card (Xbox Series X|S)"

I accidentally purchased shark cards for xbox series x instead of xbox one which im currently on is there a possibility of refund?
