How do I switch Microsoft Account email

I made a Microsoft account for Minecraft and everything was fine. When I got a computer and tried to download Minecraft however, it created a new Microsoft account with the same email. Both Microsoft accounts have Minecraft but are linked to the same email. If I want to log into one account it kicks me to the other. I don't know how this happened but now I can't change it. I don't want to remove either account. I just want the 2 accounts separate from each other (one with one email and the other with a different email). I can't seem to find a solution or a situation that is similar to mine. If anyone can help me please do

(I would delete the second account but it is already past the return window for Minecraft and I don't have the computer no longer)

Edit: After trying to unlink the email address associated with the account, I only made it worse. There are now 3 accounts linked to 2 different emails. I no longer have access to my main account or my computer account. It created another account and half deleted the other 2. I still have them linked to my Minecraft but whenever I click on "Manage Account" it sends me to the newly made account that I don't want it linked to.

Summary: Minecraft account is not linked correctly. I have 2 Xbox accounts with the same email so when I try to edit/obtain a reward for one account it sends it to the other. Trying to change emails didn't work and now I have a 3rd account linked to the same email/phone number. All I want is an account with my main stuff and a different account for my computer stuff (two Minecraft, two Xbox accounts, two Microsoft accounts. both separate). Instead I got a mess (two Minecraft, 1 Microsoft account, 3 Xbox accounts. All linked to the same email/phone number)
