“Xbox couldn’t take action against this message”

I currently have 3 separate message threads sitting in my chats on Xbox that have racial slurs (spelled both correctly and using numbers.)

I have more hate speech against trans/gays/disabled people.

I have LOTS of curse words.

I have lots of sexually innapropriate terms.

Any and all of these should trigger a comm suspension from these 3 people.

Every single report I make, for anything just gives the message that Xbox couldn’t take action.

MEANWHILE, my last comment ban was a month ago for messaging someone : “no idea why you’re acting like a dbag right now”

I need some answers. I think all this ridiculous censorship on Xbox is silly to begin with, but what I find so frustrating, is that I get comm banned for things that should not be bannable offenses, meanwhile i am not awarded the same ability to report anyone for anything.

I need answers, and I can provide screenshots proving everything I’ve stated.

I don’t need an Ambassador just typing a script about “offenses must rise to the level of us taking action”

I need to know why I get suspended for saying “dbag” but anyone and everyone can say WHATEVER they want to me without me being afforded the same powers to report

Just to give you an idea…. One of the messages that I reported that Xbox enforcement team couldn’t take action against was verbatim, “ your mom is a (racial slur Nword) (promiscuous woman S-word) and I hope she kills herself”

That message couldn’t be taken action against…..

I got banned a month ago for saying: “no idea why you’re acting like a dbag right now”

I want to know why. A real answer

That’s the thing they have I even reported audio messages of them saying these things and still I get an immediate notif saying Xbox couldn’t take action

Block the person if they are abusing you and if they are sending messages against CoC then report the message and the Enforcement team will take action

If the messages has been sent over Xbox live to your friend. Your friend will need to report the messages and block the person. The Enforcement team will investigate and take appropriate action against the offending gamer.

Microsoft does take action against players if you report them accurately for an offense they have committed. From my own experience, I was even messaged back from Xbox that action was taken against a player I reported in the past. You also have the option
to mute, block, or avoid players on the player profile menu.
