Unfortunately you cant link a different Microsoft account.

You can't delete and Xbox profile linked to your account, this it's created when you log into any Xbox site with the email, doesn't seem custom made but one randomly created by Microsoft after login in Xbox

Is there a specific reason why you wish to create a new Xbox Account?

Be aware, that if you follow Spazpol's advice, and move your Gamertag over to the new Microsoft Account by adding the new Microsoft Account email as a login-alias, setting that as primary, and then removing your old Microsoft Account, the old Microsoft Account
gets deleted!!!

Since you don't want to delete your Microsoft Account, it would help if you explained your reasons for deleting your Xbox Account a bit more.
