    To XBOX Enforcement,



    On February 15, my Grandson John (TDOG 5957) was suspended from XBOX Live for violating XBOX guidelines for XBOX LIVE. Without any notification for what guideline, that was violated. The only explanation was there was a community guideline violation. There is no notification of active suspension from XBOX Live on his XBOX ENFORCEMENT WEB PAGE.





    After that suspension, JOHN (TDOG5957) got back onto XBOX LIVE for about 35 minutes, then received another violation of XBOX LIVE community guidelines. Again, there was another email of an XBOX LIVE community guideline violation. Again, there was no explanation of what community guideline violation. Again there is no list of active suspensions on his XBOX enforcement web page. The last suspension on the XBOX enforcement web page was from 9/11/2023.





    When JOHN (TDOG5957) was able to go back on XBOX LIVE (which he never did get back onto his XBOX LIVE ACCOUNT) JOHN (TDOG5957), received another XBOX COMMUNITY GUIDELINE suspension, yet again there is NO explanation or reason for his COMMUNITY GUIDELINE violation, there is no active suspension on the XBOX SUSPENSION WEB PAGE.





    I have been in contact with XBOX enforcement, however Steven is asking for videos of my enforcement email and the enforcement web page to provide evidence there is no information regarding any community guideline violations for the any of the last three “violations” on the enforcement web page. I have filed three videos so far without any response from the enforcement team.





    Now to give an explanation, JOHN (TDOG5957) is physically, and mentally handicapped. John is basically a 12 year old in a 20 year man’s body.

    SINCE THERE IS NO MENTION OF THESE ABOVE MENTIONED XBOX GUIDELINE VIOLATIONS ON ANY ENFORCEMENT WEB PAGE, THIS WOULD BE A MICROSOFT VIOLATION, OF ITS BASIC OPERATING PROCEDURES. THESE VIOLATIONS MUST BE ADDRESSED, BEFORE MORE XBOX USERS FALL INTO THIS EVER SO REPEATING ISSUES.



    Since there is no list of active suspensions, there is no way for Myself, Scott(family organizer) to file an appeal. There is no one who I can talk to to find out what these suspensions were for, what action warranted these suspensions, or any resolve, to keep any community guideline violations from reoccurring.

    Just to set your expectations, we aren't Microsoft employees and don't have access to accounts or suspension details on this public forum.

    If you've been in touch with the enforcement team, our best advice is to wait for a response from them. When did you last contact them?

    It can take some time for suspension details to be made available on the enforcements page. Keep in mind that specific details of the violation can't be disclosed, as this would violate Microsoft's privacy policy. Please reach back if you have further questions.

    Give the team some more time to respond, you should allow 5-7 business days. These support cases are placed in a queue system, when the team gets to your case they will respond. They are the best people to help you with this, so that is my best suggestion at the moment.

    For the past three suspensions there is NO type of explanation of these violations. The only thing I have recieved is the violation notification. I have been in touch with Steven, from enforcement ( I hope he is) without any response. This contact with enforcement has yielded no response in the last 5 days. I ah e sent this letter with the last name of John to several VPS of Xbox this morning. I hope to get some type of response.

    there is a way make them appear as read, you just need to go into the notification center wait a couple seconds and then back out. there is no way to clear all notifications in there. they go away after a while. it might keep 20-30 nitifications at a given
