At some point, you may have logged into the Microsoft Store and Xbox PC App with this old account and forgot to switch the them.

You can change it:

Launch the Xbox app and sign in with your Microsoft Account.

Select your gamer pic, then select Settings.

Under Account, select Change my Microsoft Store account.

Follow the on-screen instructions and sign in to the Store with the Microsoft account for the games or subscription you’ll be using.

i added my son to my account made him primary alias and useing his account as the sign in and lost all control over my own account simply so he could play keep and use the games nhe bought wo my consent and i want it all changed back without losing the
games purchashed on bot connected accounts

Someone used my debit card through my account without my knowledge or consent

My son had purchased 450k worth of vc on nba 2k23 without my consent. I requested a refund for this matter but it was denied without any reasoning? I was wondering if I could still received my funds back into my account as this is ridiculous due to the fact my son had bought it without my consent or me even knowing until after the purchase had been made and popping up as a notification on my phone.

Did you son spend any of the 450k VC at all? If he spent even a little bit of it then that would be one reason they would deny a refund and they likely won't change their decision if any of it was spent at all.
