Keyboard problem

when i hold any movement keys(like w, a, s, d) and press random keys(like left-shift, space, e, r, t,...)my character will stop moving and i still holding movement keys.this promblem only happen when i play a game called Wuthering Waves.I turned off Vietnamese keyboard and only use English keyboard for play games.(i'm a laptop user)

Are you able to navigate on your main dashboard using the keyboard though? Does it function when not on the game? Because if not, then there must be a problem with the keyboard itself. Try using a different keyboard as well to isolate the problem.

Oh no, I mean the actual keyboard in the Xbox, the digital one

This could be any issue from regional settings, to your keyboard having an issue, trying hooking the keyboard to an actual PC and try doing it. If it does the same thing than it's the keyboard, if not than its the xbox.
