I cannot get rid of my time limits for my xbox even though I left my family group.

Thanks for the reply. The problem is that he is the only one in the group. I’m not there so I cannot remove him or add him as a family member to my account. He seems to have his own account and he is the organizer even though he is a minor.

It means that you’re still a minor. If you are you may need to ask an adult to add you under their family group as a member by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/family. Once you’re added as a member they will be needing to manage your account settings using their account through https://account.xbox.com/settings.

hello yes i'm getting errors but i don't play on xbox i play on my pc i've been investigating and it's supposedly because my account is for kids but i'm already over 18 and i've already left my xbox family group. What should i do?

KhajiBower34, thanks for your reply. However I don't think you've read what I said or perhaps I wasn't clear. I have tried this from the Xbox and online and no one in my group has the ability to remove anyone from the family group. I can't even remove MYSELF from my own family group and I'm definitely not a minor AND I'm clearly listed as the organizer of the group. This is going to require some intervention from Microsoft support on your end. I cannot do anything regardless of which account I log in with.
