    Can't get enough support about my account


    When I try to sign in to my microsoft account, it says it does not exist, and when I try to recover it through several methods, it requires the account I am trying to recover, but it still says that the account does not exist when I enter it in. I also tried to create a new account using the same email, but it also says it already exists. What should I do? I have also heard that microsoft deletes inactive accounts, and I mainly use this account for minecraft, so I'm not sure if it counts as inactive or active.

    I am so sorry you are having issues logging into your account.

    This particular case usually occurs when your alias has been changed. Possibly from a bad actor compromising the account.

    The account inactivity timer is reset whenever you log in.

    In this case you would have to find your new alias.

    The first idea is to directly log into your account with your phone number.

    You can find your username using this recovery tool: [https://account.live.com/username/recover] by inputting related data.

    If this does not work, you can try to look for email receipts on alternative accounts or find accounts you made be logged into on different services.

    Once you find your account you can recover it using the form.

    Microsoft takes account security very seriously, that's why Account Recovery is an automated process with no human influence. If you don't have the correct information, you may not be able to get through account verification using the Recovery Form.

    The Account Recovery Form requires adequate information to prove that you are the owner of the account. The Account Recovery Process can be a time consuming process, but providing as much info as possible from the start of the process will increase the possibility of being verified by the automated process. You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft.

    Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. Microsoft will review your responses and respond within 24 hours. If you are verified, instructions on how to log back into your account will be sent to you, and if you are not verified, you will need to submit the Account Recovery form again. You can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.

    It's important to note that Microsoft Support will not be able to grant you access to your account, you will be sent back to the Account Recovery pages that have been linked above.

    Problem with xbox password

    He needs to go to windowslivehelp.com/passwordreset.aspx and choose the customer support option. He will have to fill out a form and they will contact him back letting him know if he provided enough information to get his password reset. If he can't prove
    account ownership, then he won't be able to get his password reset. This isn't an Xbox support issue, it's a Windows LIVE ID issue.

    If he can't remember enough correct information, he won't be able to get full access to his account back.

    Support should be able to verify you with the full 16 digit card number - at least enough to work with the billing aspect of the account. It might not help you get the same account online, but you'd be able to stop paying for the account that you can't use
    at the moment.
