So My son's xbox account was suspended and a long policy was given for the "reason". I went over this policy with him and he can not figure out how he violated it. Is there a way to get the exact statement, message, game play ... what ever it was that caused this so he can learn from his mistake? If it is not obvious, suspending an account doesn't help learn what to do or not do in the future. A person needs to know what is not allowed so they can adjust their behavior.
