Xbox Enforcement Appeal?

Today I was hit with a 4-day comm ban and a strike on my account. I was playing Rainbow Six Siege and had accidentally killed my team-mate. I immediately told him sorry but he said it was on purpose , and that he had reported me. I tried to defend myself and said that people were in the room he was in. The reason I was banned is because I said “Ace holes” in regard to the operator “Ace” that can open up reinforced walls. I was not insulting anyone yet he laughed as I was banned by some bot. I submitted an appeal but was excited to play this weekend, will it get appealed before it runs out or will I have just lost 4 days of my time to some faulty algorithm. Any help is appreciated.

As the account was banned so long ago it wont show on the enforcement site as itwas banned before the enforcement site existed.

Even if it did you wouldn't be able to appeal it as you need to appeal any enforcement action within a year of it being issued.

10 years ago you would of had to appeal it on the old xbox forums.

There's no way to appeal the ban now so the account will remain banned.

I dont know much about the enforcement side , but I would have thought they would have told you why and when . So you could see what you done . 🤔

Just be careful next time . If your getting heated up turn your mic of . Before you could say something that gets you in trouble.

In this case, you will need to wait until that team review your status. Plus remember its Thanksgiving! So maybe its going to take 1 or 2 days more.

It just depends on how long it takes the enforcement team to review it. Responses are given before the suspension runs out, otherwise, it wouldn't be eligible for an appeal in the first place.
