How do I set up a meeting? Or pitch a few ideas for all different companies that Microsoft...

Truly there is no exact way to set up a meeting, at least not a simple one that can be easily shared ( Not even us Independent Advisors have access to it ). What you can try doing is either entering on those companies' websites ( for example developers you think would like your idea ) and emailing them ( if they have an accessible email ) or submitting a Support ticket to them explaining your intentions.

You can also pitch your idea, if you want, on Xbox Insiders Reddit, making your idea seen:

Very interesting and you are definetly on to a great story. Best option is to contact a few gaming companies and pitch your ideas.

It's only an opinion, as there are specific game forums to meet like minded people on your favourite game etc.. But, Welcome to the Forum anyway Axel... =)

It involves time travel to a time when MS made games. You know, flux compacitors and what not. A truly good idea should be researched to find out what game designer would be most successful at that type of game, and a business meeting set up with those designers
to pitch your game.

If your idea is "Make Call of Duty but with water pistols" or something similar (and I'm not saying it is), I doubt you will find an audience
