    However, I would like to ask, why do you think your console is enrolled in the Insider program?
    Did you recall downloading the Insider Hub app on your Xbox and joining the program?

    I checked the xbox insider hub app and it says that none of my consoles are enrolled in the insider preview program.

    Stop are you in the insider program please check if you have the insiders hub on your cinsole

    If so stop and goto reddedit xboxinsiders for help

    Factory reseting a insiders program console just makes it worse
