    When my son try’s to download a game it says Ask now how do I turn that off or where do I go to confirm the ask now

    You underestimate how much people spend on dumb stuff like quick unlocks, costumes and XP boosts. They probably won't need to ask MS for permission to change stuff in the game so that cuts down on costs too.

    You can cut off automatic renewal through the website, yes. But if it's asking for parental permissions the only way to do it will be either through phone support, or chat support. Try chat support if you don't want to wait an hour and "get bad advice".
    No advice is bad advice if they're trying to be helpful. If you feel the last agent gave you incorrect advice, then try another agent, if you get the same answer, you know the last one was telling the truth.

    Let me ask you this becau I see you know everything .,if the console is banned and cut off by Internet how can you use it offline if you can't get throug with the initial setup?
