I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with multiplayer games.

- To clarify, is your console connected to the internet via WiFi or Network cable?

- If you don't mind, could you go to Settings > General > Network Settings, and let me know what you see under "Current Network Status"? Please note that your network's name is not necessary.

Same thing is happening to my xbox, I got to my friends house set it up and game online, go to my mums house set it up and game online then when I go to my dads it will connect to network but not the internet or live and i reset my router and xbox alot of
times but its not working and my laptop and phone works perfectly on the internet

I finally got everything done and I have result that servers is connected, but I faced another challenge, on the network settings in Xbox app says that server is connected to internet but in the game I’m still can’t play online it says :unable to connect to the live configuration servers: any suggestions to this one?

Yes, this. I once had the same issue and this is what the problem was for me, was the internet connection. To the OP: Check your internet connection or your router to make sure it's providing a good, steady signal and not dropping it. My issue was my
router was constantly going up and down; it was old and needed replacing. I got a new router, a good one, and didn't have this problem again after that.

So we had my xbox360 connected to an old network and we got a new network and now the Xbox will not show the network and will connect connect If you can’t help please tell me how To fix it

Make sure your router is visible to other devices if not.
