My Xbox series x controller stopped responding unless plugged into the Xbox

The keyboard itself plugs into my controller and the usb, I have plugged into the usb port on the front of my xbox series x. When using the keyboard, the keyboard works but the mic stops working.

My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore

It appears that the Xbox controllers can't be connected wirelessly to your Xbox Console. Let us check and see on what we can do to help resolve your concern in a timely manner.

We would like to ask few questions to help us isolate the issue further.

1. With the three Xbox Controllers, are all these controllers are Xbox Wireless controllers or of different type?

2. Are those controllers not connected wirelessly to Xbox console since the first time it was used to connect to your Xbox Console?

For the meantime, here are the ways to connect your Xbox Controllers wirelessly:

• Connect the Xbox Controllers wirelessly using Xbox app accessories.
  
• Connect the Xbox Controllers using the pair button.

Hey guys I was having that problem with my series x controller and ended up buying a whole new on but then that had the same problem. I ended up PLUGGING THE CONTROLLER INTO THE XBOX and unplugging it and it's has stopped so far, I'll keep yall updated if anything changes, but that's just what worked for me
