Suspended for a year (366 Days) and appeal got denied in 7 minutes... Fraudulent ban

i know nothing was done because they persistently kept texting even after the reports were made. i have the proof of them using Hate Speech, doxing, threatening, initiating conversation first, and multiple spam reports/ other accounts they used to harass me as well. I don't quite undertsand how this all is happening in under one day...i got 8/8 strikes in 7 minutes... i don't understand how i can't fix this and how this can't be resolved by the people who literally invented the system. This is all frustrating..and it happening makes me no longer want to even support microsoft/ xbox

Not all reports result in instant suspensions. Sending profanity in messages and it being reported for instance generally will result in a quick suspensions because they have automation to detect profanity. Simpler stuff like that generally will result in a suspension occuring quicker.

They likely get thousands of reports per day. The slightly more complex stuff that cannot be caught by the automation will take more time before action is taken since those are looked at by an actual human being. Some reports simply take more time than others before action is taken because of that. Just because they havent been suspended yet doesn't mean they wont be.

I did respond upset no lie but it wasn't major like of course I had a reaction I was being threatened. They are all blocked and were reported but nothing was done.

I recently had a frustrating phone call that didn't resolve my indefinite suspension on the Xbox network. My break was due to an alleged violation of community standards and Messaging. I contacted Xbox technical support, but they could not resolve the issue as they needed to speak with the enforcement department I'm upset they didn't then and there.

My suspension/ban was unjustified, as I was accused of cyber bullying and harassment even though I had no involvement in the matter I was the one in fact being harassed and even got threatened by numerous accounts. I have spoken with the account holder in the past because we used to be friends.

I am seeking assistance to have my account suspension overturned and would like to know if I can appeal this decision. I am willing to provide any additional information to strengthen my case I have proof of being swatted, doxxed, harassed by accounts and the suspension I received for a year without any details to be provided.

When this happened did you retaliate in any way?

I ask because in these sorts of situations it doesn't matter how it starts. If you respond in a way that violates the rules then you can also be suspended.
