    Will I ever be able to get my account back with a permanent banned? But it does say...


    My Wife kept getting called fat and I say one word like the f bomb and I get permanent banned, they were online bullying my wife and I but making new accounts and won't not leave me alone after I blocked there accounts then made more or had more, it was happening 4 times a week. I tried to talk to an Xbox support team, they told me to block them witch I did and they made more. We were being harassed by people, they was a report, so I don't get how someone could online bully and harass my wife and I and get away with it. We would both get messages and, Am truly sorry for the I was talking to them, I was tried of it. Someone please help!

    Okay, to back up for clarity. Does your console still show you have a permanent console ban (not account ban)?

    If you submitted a case review for your account ban and the enforcement team upheld the ban, then it is permanently banned and you will no longer be able to use that account.

    I told him that and he said what if he makes another account and get banned on that one (like game share but he doesnt have to pay for live). Will he be able to play on the other one or no?
    Best case is he would probably get a permanent account ban.

    Worst case is he gets a permanent console ban (meaning if he wanted to play online on Xbox Live ever again on any account hed have to buy a whole new xbox console) and a permanent account ban on top of that.

    Coming from experience (way back in the day i got my account and console permanently banned for using usb mods. Lesson learned) the latter is probably more likely to happen.

    my account says it got permently suspended

    Earlier this week when I tried to log in, it said my account was permanently suspended

    Today it says that it is only suspended , nothing about permanent

    Does this mean that I will be getting my account back at some point?

    Was the change made intentionally or just another glitch ?

    It will be a week tomorrow so I guess I’ll find out then? Are 14 day bans possible ?
