How can I get xbox to take action on a racial discrimination slur?

To report a player who behaved inappropriately or posted inappropriate content:

1. Press the Xbox  button on your controller to open the guide, go to Contacts, and do any of the following to find the player you want to report:

2. If the player is a friend, select Friends and then their gamertag.

3. If the player is not a friend, select Recently Played With or Find Someone and type the player's gamertag to search for them. Once you find the player, select their gamertag.

4. In the player's profile, select Report or Block, and then select Report.

5. Choose your category and the reason for the report. Be sure to choose the most accurate category, as this detail is important to ensure Xbox Security can properly investigate the issue.

6. Select Add comment to provide more information, then select Submit.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. Racial slurs are a violation of the code of conduct, so as long as you have reported those people, the enforcement team will investigate them as well and take the appropriate action.

Fyi you can still submit a case review but racials slurs are a clear violation of the terms of use and they have zero tolerance for them

^^ How do you know they weren't issued a suspension? You won't be told the outcome of your reports.

Sometimes you may get a message thanking you if action is taken due to a report you've filed but it's very rare.

Racial slurs are not tolerated on xbox live.Another thing to remember is that reports take time to be investigated so bans/suspensions aren't instant & if someone is reported for "ingame chat" then they have to be caught in the act.

@Larcelot - The word in question was never used as a racial slur, it was variations of the word. Just like variations of the word Chinese/China for another particular racial slur. The word in question (Also translated to black in spanish), is but a non-offensive
form of classification of skin tone. I mentioned before it would be the equivalent to saying the word "Caucasian" is a racial slur and should be banned from xbox gamertags, messages and chats.
