What other ways can i use to help my freind appeal for a communication ban other than case...

There are no other ways. An appeal is the only way to possibly have a ban overturned. If the enforcement team denied it, there is nothing else that can be done.

since this is a community forum we can not look into your case.

Not even the 'normal' phone support can help you with Rewards questions.

And Rewards have a Zero Tolerance policy. Other than enforcement bans you can't even submit an appeal or contact them anymore.

There is no other way to contact the enforcement team other than the case review process at enforcement.xbox.com. They do not use these forums. If you have a console ban there is no means of appeal. They take device bans very seriously. If you continue
to repost after a mod has locked your thread on the same subject you will face action on your forums account.

I can't submit a case review as it says the cases 'Decision upheld' but nothing was mentioned about a permanent ban for me to appeal and now it's too late as i cant send a review because i am permanently banned? In desperate need of help, theres no other
way i can contact the enforcement team.

Of course, I'm sorry for the ban, but there is no other way to resolve it than by contacting the relevant team. Rules are important for a community, and Microsoft values their enforcement.

If you follow this link, you can see why an account can be banned. Then, if you access to "how to submit a case review" and make your log in, you can see the reason of your ban and you can appeal.
