Galaxy black 2TB Xbox, will I receive it?

I ordered on the 17th of December. My arrival date says it’ll be delivered on the 30th of this month but my main problem is that they keep DOUBLE charging me. I had it handled once, then my merchant was able to decline the other THREE ATTEMPTS. then today at 7:46 pm they were able to randomly charge me again. So now I’m out $1300 and no Xbox still and not sure if I’m even going to receive one.

This is ridiculous. How about a little warning that you need an xbox hard drive? I have a 2tb external that is configured to use with the console, but I'm still receiving the same message.

I´v got the same problem on my Xbox one s 2tb. if i connect to the console with Xbox smartscreen from win10 or android i can start apps on the Xbox, but Edge is the onky app working at the moment, all else gives black screen
