    Do i not get a second appeal on xbox suspension?


    I have been arguing for the past two weeks to get into my xbox account and when i finally got it back it was banned before i could change the password or even see what they had done to it they stated in the email from my appeal that i had apparently broken the guidlines on changing stats on my account but i hadn't done that i responded to the email to find out that they don't read emails apparently and when i tried putting in another appeal to explain to them they had banned an account that was at first stolen from me it doesn't come up with an option to appeal ive had the account for 12 years and had all the games ive ever bought which were digital on it thats THOUSANDS of pounds and a lot of hours of effort for it to be stolen then banned i don't understand how any of this is fair and then to find out even though i haven't done anything i cant even get any money back from it. Is there really nothing that can be done? I know plenty of people that have had this happen to them on playstation and they get their account unbanned because of the misunderstood situation i dont get how xbox can do something like this to someone whos been dedicated for 12 years with not a single strike and yet i get my account back and its permanently banned

    First you can't appeal an suspension with support they have nothing to do with enforcement

    Second once your acocunt is banned and year appeal is denied. You have to wait out your suspension unless indefinite

    You can only appeal at Enforcement

    If you are on a shared xbox console then use a different profile.

    Account/Console Temp Ban Issue

    Console suspensions do not show on the enforcement site.

    Like I said,either a account on your console is suspended or it's possible you used a second account to avoid the suspension on your main account.

    Anyway,console suspensions can't be appealed so it's a case of just waiting until the suspension is over.

    Well no you can't as they changed the website from locked forums to the current website that's why the enforcement doesnt show

    You cannot appeal any suspension over a year old

    You would have to appeal within the year of the suspension back then it would've been a moderated forums and no there is no second appeal

    How to appeal suspension

    Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement & can not help so contacting them will do nothing.

    The only way to appeal a ban/suspension is by filing for a case review on the enforcement site,which you have done.

    You only get one appeal,which you have used,so your son will just have to wait out the suspension.
