Who do we need to talk to about this new UI! and parental controls!

Who do we need to organize a petition or complaint too about this new UI on Xbox. I did not pay $600 for a series X and pay $18 a month for game pass, so that my 6 year old has to scroll through 9 pages of adds before he can get to his list of games I made for him! and what the heck is going on with friend requests/ following. seems a complete stranger follows my son every month even though he dose not play any online games there is no way anyone can see his gamer tag. The provisions in place to protect our children on these devices are deplorable, I either need to lock him in a box and prevent him from being able to play games with me and his sister and mom or I need to expose him directly to the entire Xbox community? C'mon Microsoft there a companies operating at 1/1000 of your budget that have better parental safety controls! If you all aren't going to provide a safe add free environment for my children then I will absolutely be forced to move on from this system permanently and encourage as many others as I can to do so as well !

Many bots just fish random combinations of words to find valid gamer tags, and this is the most likely source of the follower.

If you are on a CHILD account then you will need to talk to your parents about adjusting the Parental Controls to allow you to play that kind of content, if they want you playing it.

If you are talking about the 4 digit code to access the parental controls, you will need to contact support to get that straightened out.

The new Kinect sensor with the Xbox One is designed for much smaller rooms than the Xbox 360 version. Unless your son sleeps in a closet, it should work fine. As for the video chat, you can only really do that with Skype currently. Don't download the Skype
app and you're good to go on that front. If you're still worried about who your son may talk to, simply set up the parental controls to prevent him from talking to people you might worry about.
