can't get signed into xbox

I can't seem to get this to work. I sign in on the xbox, sign in on the app and it can't find my xbox

Im having the same problems. Randomly can't sign in to XBOX live, yet other times I get on no problem. Each time I can't sign in, it says I can connect to my network and the internet, but can't sign in to LIVE

I can't enter either when I sign in on my XBOX it has the beta channel but I can't get in the forums

Hyrule, I can't do that because I need to sign in to Xbox Live in order to get to the settings, and I can't get on Xbox Live because the parental lock won't let me.
