I have a problem unlocking achievements

I think it is not a problem with cortana, but with achievements in general are having problems. I have some done unlocking achievements and some halo achievements won't unlock as well.

In this particular situation, the best course of action should be contacting the developers, so they can issue a patch, in case it's a glitched achievement.

This happened to me in the past (stuck achievements), I was able to fix it by resetting my console.

On a similar thread, another player was able to fix it by entering a friend profile and comparing achievements.

You can also try going to the Game Official Club (Home Menu) and select Progress > Achievements, while the game is open, you force a check that unlocks "stuck" achievements.

To reset your console, please, follow these steps.

Before you continue, make sure you've got the account sign-in information. You'll need it to log back into your console after the reset.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

i have problems unlocking achievements they say there unlocked but their not.. when im playing halo master chief collection no achievements...

I've still had achievements unlocking for me. Maybe there is a problem with a specific achievement? Perhaps you should post about which achievement and see if anyone else is having problems getting the same one to unlock. That's definitely happened in the
past with other games where specific achievements would not unlock and the developers were able to fix the problem.

Hello BlakManDan, there was a problem yesterday with Achievements not only yourself were having these problems but everyone else on Xbox one. Your Achievement should unlock by itself in a couple of days some are already unlocking for others. I've had this
problem too and my achievements unlocked after awhile no need to worry .
