I need to rebuy a game that i already have

I switched to a xbox series x, and i transferred all of my games from my old xbox to my new one via external hard drive. Every game has worked fine except gta 5. it is a disk game and for some reason it would always not be able to read the disk or say that i need to buy the game even though i already own it. I had the game in my library and on the store it would say manage, you own this. So at an attempt to fix the problem, i uninstalled gta planning to reinstall it so that it wouldn't say that i don't own the game or say that the disk is damaged. But on the store it shows nothing of reinstalling the game, only for me to spend another 30 damn dollars on a game that i already own. I hope that i can get my game back with my accounts on it. I Have had gta for over 5 years and this is ridiculous. My disk is hardly dirty and i've tried cleaning it multiple times before i uninstalled the game, it has minimal scratches on it and always worked fine on my old xbox, just not my new one. I hope that someone can help me fix this.

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the game?

ive also tried that lol I have been trying every possible thing for about 5hrs and nothing is working

yes i have uninstalled and reinstalled i've even deleted the reserve data and its still not working and when i go to the store its stilling trying to make me buy the game again

I am having the same issue with my purchased app 'Premium Solitaire Collection' - ADS and more ADS and wanting me to repurchase. I was on the phone for ages and all the Microsoft person did was download an ad blocker which did absolutely nothing. Searched the internet for help and tried every hint but still getting ads two months down the track.

Have you tried out these steps?

Open the Manage Game and Add-Ons option.
Choose Black Ops Cold War.
Install all content packs that are ready for download.
Close the screen.
Restart the Black Ops Cold War application.
