    Minecraft Realms Joining Problem


    Hello, I have a Minecraft JAVA Realms account (originally with Mojang, then moved to Microsoft) with three whitelisted friends. Every month or so one friend cannot get into the game saying he gets a message saying he is not on the invited list. He definitely IS on the list (and also holds a Microsoft Java edition account) but it's a few days before he is able to get back in. Coincidentally it always happens within a day or so of my receiving a note that my subscription was automatically renewed. I am having a difficult time finding the right Minecraft or Microsoft people to ask about this. Any ideas? Thank you! Steve

    dabear64 has Minecraft Windows 10 and bought a realm (da bear clan) and who has Minecraft Java can not get into the realm. has been invited, yet I see no invitations to join. has tried the email link to the realm as well,
    but still can't link together or join or play in da bear clan realm. Please advise so we can enjoy our new minecraft realm.

    Why is this bug not fixed for a long time?

    Sorry to hear it. If this a Realms issue then please make sure the person you're trying to join has allowed you and that their server is not full. If you have further problems then please get in touch with Mojang for Minecraft Realms support
