Change where confirmation codes go for children of deceased parent

Thank you for your response much appreciated. Would this be Microsoft or Xbox support ? Where do I find a phone number please as it is not on the support page and the AI chat is useless.

Xbox support and you want an account take over

Well first don't cancel the phone

If you have access to her ms account sign in and remove.the children

This allows.another account to take over parental controls because both accounts need a new parental account

It been awhile.since I did it support would.be better at it
