Need help recovering my account back but microsoft wont let me

So basically everytime when I try to play with a new account, I basically need to play with my original xbox account. Thing is, By chance the account got hacked in a database and now its changed the email. The account with the GamerTag “KristoforsYT” with my name and my email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** added to it, Later in probably a year I got hacked. I cant even access or recover my account since ive already added my own account with the same email once again and to be fair its been the longest that I didnt have a problem with this account. I think around 2018-2020 O bought minecraft and then I started to play. I had also remembered that my profile picture had a Minecraft picture that represent a name as already guessed, My name on xbox. About few months later, Was hacked and my account was gone.

Here's how to contact Xbox Support:

For Callback Support:

> Select Xbox One
> Select See more options then subscription changes
> Select Show Contact options
> Select Request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives a request for a call from support as a contact option.

wow, it wouldnt let me sign into xbox live, then it deletes my account and wont let me recover it saying error 8015190a, any help would be appreciated.

No unfortunately not. Somehow you are going to have to figure out what the email was. Microsoft wont tell you what the email is.
