Make Movies Available on All Devices, Mobile, Web or Something

I've purchased a ton of movies on my Xbox now. but how do i watch them on other devices? What's the point of buying movies through Microsoft if there is nowhere else to watch them? The MoviesAnywhere partnership is basically pointless, because 50% of my movies don't appear on that app. Why hasn't Microsoft built their own proper Movie App for Android/Apple. Is there a plan for this, this seems long overdue? Like how hasn't Microsoft been sued for not providing this. Or clearly stating in the Apps store, buying movies are useless and only available on XBOX. Or is Microsoft best answer basically don't buy our movies? Because ill switch to Google instead, I guess.
