Game Bar not working after Windows Update

Did Windows G, got Game Bar, started recording, but... it wasn't recording anything. Stopped the recording. It tells me I can't record because I'm already recording. I restart the PC. I can't Windows G into Game Bar. If I open the app via Start menu, the recording options -- ALL OF THEM -- are greyed out.

I suspect this Windows update borked Game Bar.

I'm using Win10.
