HELP! Some of my games crash on the loading screen.

Hello everyone, this will be my first ever post on Reddit and I really need community help!

I recently bought a used/renewed Xbox Series X off of Amazon for a pretty good price. However, now that I have it up and running, some of my games aren’t working. I currently have 4 games downloaded: College Football 25, GTA 5, Fortnite, and Halo Reach (classy, I know).

Fortnite and Halo boot up and run perfectly fine, no lags or glitches. On the other hand, CFB 25 and GTA 5 will open and then send me back to the dashboard after about 15-45 seconds on loading screen. One time I got all the way to the intro video on CFB 25 after going thru Terms & Conditions page but then it froze and sent me back to the dashboard. I feel like I have tried everything I’ve seen on here (restart, reset to factory settings, clear local data, etc.). I would rather not deal with returning to Amazon and then wait possibly a month before I get refunded and buy a replacement.

Please someone give me some advice here, I’m not the most tech savvy so I am very lost.

TL/DR: Used/Renewed Xbox Series X from Amazon and only 2 out of my 4 downloaded games will actually run. I feel like I’ve tried everything, need more advice.
