    Before I launch my Xbox at the wall, can someone help me.

    This morning I fired up and played my XBox 360 with no problems at all. A few hours later I went to go back on but was told to sign into my account (this occasionally happens) before I could play.

    I put my details on in and got the message ‘there is a problem with your account. Fix it at account.live.com and come back to sign it

    So off I go and dutifully do as they say and f get the following

    Your account has been locked We've detected some activity that violates our Microsoft Services Agreement and have locked your account. Unlocking your account Choose Next and we'll send a verification code to your phone. After you enter the code, you can get back into your account.

    So I put my mobile number in and get

    That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method

    The only option I can see now is contacting Microsoft Customer Support BUT I can’t as I have to log into my account to converse with.

    I’m stuck in a time loop and it’s driving me crazy
