How do I "Move" Beyond Preview Ring Beta ?

Hi all. I'm a Insider since 8 years. I switch the preview rings sometimes for personal reasons like limited console/Interned use Or limited Interned Capability (like only 50gb of high-speed internet) so I didn't want to do as mich updates. But now I'm using my console more frequently, have a stable and "unlimited" connection and want to go beyond Preview Beta Ring. How is that possible ? Is there a slot requirement? Or are the other rings "Invite Only"

Did not find anything in the rules or description of this reddit, that's why I'm asking.
