Frustrations with Unrealistic Abilities in COD MW3 Season 5

I can’t understand why COD MW3 Season 5 has these unrealistic multiplayer abilities. For example, there’s a character who can melee me with a small knife and kill me, even though I shot him in the face with a 12-gauge shotgun first. Another character can run very fast around the game area, melee me, and continue running at high speed. Lastly, there’s a character who can jump higher than a kangaroo, moving back and forth and side to side. In addition, a character respawns just behind me while I am still reloading my gun and shoots in a cowardly manner. Has someone some thoughts please?
