Just started a game called throne and Liberty. Currently having visual issues with it

We haven't reached a point where we can say the graphics are good enough, in fact far from it. There's still 3+ decades go go before we can call it that. But just because the hardware is powerful doesn't mean every game should utilize it. Midcraft works
because of the primitive visuals, which the game play revolves around. If you were to change that to current gen graphics, it'll brake the game. The same is true of current gen titles. You can't downgrade HALO 4 to HALO 2 or Mindcraft visuals and expect it
to work. Visuals are important, whether its eye-candy or something primitive. But don't advocate visuals doesn't define a game. Video games are visual (hence the use of the word video before games). some games simply cannot work without high fidelity visuals
it is why the majority of game push visual boundaries to the maximum and squeeze every single drop from the hardware.
