    Does anybody work for Xbox or know employee that could remove my suspension. I got hacked and the hacker sent out a bunch of messages resulting in a 20 day ban. Please reply if you could help.

    My Live account (Haha Im Insane) has been suspended today

    Xbox will not remove the suspension, if it is a ban you will be unbanned eventually. If it is a suspension you will need to make a new account, nothing can be done, Xbox obviously had a reason why they banned you

    Thank you for keeping us updated. If the case review was completed and the suspension was lifted, we recommend

    removing your accounts from your consoles and downloading them back    . If the suspension is still active after completing a case review, you will need to wait until the allotted date to use the suspended services. We hope this information helps

    How to Get rid of false suspension

    1-800-4my-xbox.

    They will be the quickest option to reach out to Xbox Account Support to help remove a suspension.
    Phone support doesn't handle suspensions. Only the enforcement team do.
